Automated Profile Trimming

Polyester cords and synthetic chloroprene elastomers are compounded under calibrated temperature controls to ensure uniform oil resistance and thermal dissipation across heavy duty cycles.

High-modulus tensile cords are wound under continuous electronic strain regulation, preventing pitch elongation and uneven load distribution during high-torque machine operations.

Precision cavity steel drums cure rubber matrixes under simultaneous heat and hydraulic compression, securing cord bonding and locking exact DIN cross-section profiles.

Computer-guided rotary blades shear side-walls to dimensional tolerances within 0.15 millimetres before automated optical cameras verify edge cogging geometry.

Inspection Protocol

Every production lot clears destructive tensile pull trials, dynamic pitch verification, and continuous heat-aging chambers prior to container stuffing at Mundra.

Our in-house analytical lab measures dynamic slip coefficients and breaking strength against strict RMA IP-20 standards for continuous industrial and agricultural equipment duty.
